Order Processing

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which may include a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track your package directly on the USPS website at usps.com.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ECUATORIAL is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your ECUATORIAL piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

  • Contact us at sales@ecuatorialartisan.com to initiate a return
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
